BIO

I am a creative artist specialising in photo retouching for hair, fashion and beauty advertising.

I’ve always had a love of drawing and art, and as a young teen my first job in a one hour photo shop helped me fall in love with photography and image production. I went on to obtain a Bachelor of Design degree in photography.

I was lucky enough to begin my education and career when film was widely used but digital photography was making a breakthrough. My experience therefore is based on a solid understanding of colour manipulation from traditional film and darkroom techniques, combined with the latest digital technology.

With over 15 years of experience, and the most part of that spent in London, I have built up a client base of top international photographers and magazines. My hair retouching includes the portfolio of hair stylist Angelo Seminara whose images won the AIPP international hairdresser of the year, and Danny Pato who won the AHIA New Zealand hairdresser of the year. I have worked with brands such as Toni & Guy, Babyliss, Davines, Clairol and Rusk amongst others. My beauty portfolio of work includes fragrance, makeup and fashion labels such as Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, L’Oreal, Max Factor and Hugo boss and I have work in magazines such as British Vogue, Vogue Paris, Elle and ID Magazine.

I am currently based in Auckland, New Zealand and continue to work with both local and international clients in Australia, United Kingdom, USA and Europe including France, Germany and Italy.
